**Job Summary**

Execaire Aviation, a leading provider of aviation and technical support solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Refueler to join our team at the Shell Aerocentre. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and sister companies within the IMP Group.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide marshalling services for aircraft, as well as ground services such as lavatory, water, and power services, and other aircraft services as required.
  • Refuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures.
  • Defuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures.
  • Assist with hangar moves, aircraft towing, and other services required by our clients and/or sister companies.
  • Provide services to all clients and/or sister companies, actual or potential.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks within Shell and/or IAS standards.
  • Maintain the FBO area, Lineman office, and FBO equipment in a neat and clean condition.
  • Participate in and complete all Shell or IAS required training and on-going recurrent.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients with the highest standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational requirements.
  • This position requires a flexible work schedule, as it is a 24/7 operation.

**Requirements**

  • High school education.
  • 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Hold a valid Driver License Class 3 and maintain throughout employment.
  • Pass Transport Canada Security Clearance and requirements (MOT).
  • Obtain a Radio Operator Certificate.
  • Experience in aircraft refueling is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are an asset.
  • Bilingual - French/English.
