Food Service Manager

Join the SUBWAY team as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
