Senior Manager, Data Quality Management

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data quality strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reporting to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful delivery of data quality initiatives.

What You Will Bring to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in data quality management, with a strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with data quality tools and technologies, such as data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation.
  • Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data quality management, with a strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience with data quality tools and technologies, such as data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation.
  • Undergraduate/master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Spanish speaking is an asset.
