Senior Manager, Data Quality Management

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Data Quality Management team. As a key member of our Global Application Technology (GTA) organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and oversight of our data-centric application development, maintenance, and production support.

The Role:

  • As the technology owner, you will be responsible for ensuring business and technology strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • You will lead a team of ETL Developers and Business Systems Analysts in an onshore/offshore model, managing resources, technology direction, and alignment of business technology roadmaps.
  • Delivery and management of highly complex regulatory technology programs, consisting of multiple phases for multiple business partners and stakeholders, is a key aspect of this role.

What You Will Bring to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end IT development cycles, with a strong understanding of current IT practices, systems development techniques, and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps tooling, as well as a deep understanding of application data design, architecture, and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from business users, development, and senior management.
  • A creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills to independently resolve complex business problems.
