We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Financial Records Clerk is to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers. This involves:

  • Preparing cheques for payroll and reconciling bank statements

  • Recording financial transactions and ensuring data accuracy

  • Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements

  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial information

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Financial Records Clerk, you should have:

  • A college diploma or certificate in accounting or a related field

  • At least 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
