We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Clerk to join our team at Z Accounting and Tax Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll using financial record systems
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Post journal entries and prepare financial reports
  • Prepare tax returns and financial statements
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
