Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-volume, end-to-end recruitment
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing recruitment analytics and insights
  • Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
  • Organized and highly efficient with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in managing ATS or HRMS recruitment modules
  • Proficiency in French (verbal and written) is a strong asset
