About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Scrub City Uniforms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
