Our Business Model
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and fellow team members. This includes:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments.
- Receiving and processing donations from customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
