About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, restocking shelves and processing inventory discrepancies.
  • Merchandise Preparation: Prepare merchandise for display, including unpacking, pricing, and stocking.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including counting tills and processing deposits.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English (required).
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
