Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at OKANAGAN ROYAL PARK INN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Manage and maintain our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Supervise and train other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

What We Offer- Permanent full-time position.
