Job Title: Customer Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of the workers supervised, including maintaining computer systems and equipment.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
  • 30-44 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
