Guest Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver a professional and friendly greeting to all guests
  • Assist guests with menu items in an informative and engaging manner
  • Support colleagues during service to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Have a thorough knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
  • Handle guest concerns swiftly and graciously, offering a remarkable recovery and a commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment is preferred
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly responsible and reliable with impeccable grooming and professionalism
