About the Role

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Process Automation to lead our Process Automation community. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy on our DPA tools, such as Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Process Automation strategy that aligns with Scotiabank's business objectives.
  • Lead a global Centre of Excellence at scale, supporting the products and services used by our teams every day.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional organizations company-wide to drive business outcomes.
  • Build trust and credibility by making decisions based on Scotiabank's values and actions.
  • Act as a strategic thinker, translating details into bigger picture implications to drive business forward.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of DPA tools, including Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with delivery strategy, governance, and management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to build trust with executive stakeholders.
