Director, Digital Process Automation

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Digital Process Automation (DPA) strategy and drive business value through process innovation and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive DPA strategy, leveraging tools such as Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce, to drive process efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a DPA strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives process innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain DPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and industry consultants to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  • Facilitate timely decision-making across stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
  • Accountable for CoE team integrity, product excellence, decision making, roadmaps, career development, client communications, and project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of tools used to implement process automation, decisioning, and robotics solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Delivery Strategy, Governance, and Management.
