Job Title: Director, Digital Process Automation

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Digital Process Automation to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our Global Operations & Functions Technology team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of our digital process automation tools, including Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital process automation strategy that aligns with Scotiabank's business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of digital process automation tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and industry consultants.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital process automation and provide strategic guidance to the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital process automation tools and technologies, including Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience with delivery strategy, governance, and management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to both business and technical executives.
