Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM are beneficial. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are necessary. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is also required.
