Job Title: Personal Support WorkerJob Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at SHEILA MAY A TRINIDAD. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the client's daily living needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients.
