Nagomi Sushi is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. In addition to your culinary skills, you will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas. Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to supervise and lead a team
