We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Sen Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new and innovative sushi dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor profile.
- Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our front-of-house staff to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
