Director of Care Leader

Pro Vita Care Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Care to lead our clinical operations in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional long-term care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of care professionals to ensure high standards of nursing practices and a safe, homelike environment for residents.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to drive excellence in resident care.
- Provide hands-on clinical support and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Graduation from a recognized Nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience recognized by the BCCNM.
- Holds an active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN/RN.
- Three to five years of progressive leadership experience in clinical settings.
- Proficiency in Health Informatics systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and commit to ongoing education and professional development.
