Customer Service Representative Job Description

Fraserway RV is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' vacation dreams are realized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, providing fast and efficient service with departures and returns
  • Quality check for departing and returning RVs
  • Demonstrate features of the RV rental fleet
  • Solve customer concerns and/or issues in a friendly manner
  • Basic administrative duties, processing of financial transactions and reports
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German or Dutch is an asset
  • Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution to your work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
