Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of food and beverages to our customers. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide a positive experience for our guests.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
