Retail Store Manager

GP LIQUOR HOME is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and manage employee performance.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- English language proficiency.
- Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
