Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at GP LIQUOR HOME. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Sales Staff: Assign tasks and duties to sales staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively as a team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
