Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and suggesting additional services to provide the best support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent ClearEstate as the main point of contact for clients throughout their experience.
- Deliver quality customer service by identifying client needs and providing empathetic support.
- Evaluate and suggest additional services to provide the best support to clients.
- Use your passion for resolving client concerns to initiate and rectify issues.
- Foster and develop transparent client relationships through consistent and timely communication.
- Welcome, onboard, and guide clients through our platform.
- Drive to achieve and surpass sales quotas to help the team reach its goals.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.
