Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and suggesting additional services to provide the best support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent ClearEstate as the main point of contact for clients throughout their experience.
  • Deliver quality customer service by identifying client needs and providing empathetic support.
  • Evaluate and suggest additional services to provide the best support to clients.
  • Use your passion for resolving client concerns to initiate and rectify issues.
  • Foster and develop transparent client relationships through consistent and timely communication.
  • Welcome, onboard, and guide clients through our platform.
  • Drive to achieve and surpass sales quotas to help the team reach its goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.
