Job Description

At Nour Private Wealth Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the HR department and ensuring that our goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate HR activities to meet organizational goals
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan for improvement
  • Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
  • Train staff and establish policies and procedures
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts and training programs
  • Oversee employee data analysis and communication strategies
  • Prepare reports and advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants

Requirements:

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Computer and technology knowledge
  • MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Electronic mail and human resources software experience
  • Technical terminology knowledge
  • Manager specialization or experience in employee engagement, security, and safety
