Job Description

At Nour Private Wealth Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring the success of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate settlements as needed.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate payment of employees.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill open positions.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop and administer policies and programs to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Resolve conflict situations and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Electronic mail and human resources software experience.
  • Technical terminology and area of work experience in employee engagement, security and safety, criminal record check, and credit check.
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
