About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for branch operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and redirecting them as needed.
- Track and process field personnel hours, payroll, and related documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain and manage project files, including opening, updating, closing, and tracking.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Record HR activities, support safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing, both physically and digitally.
- Track equipment rentals for accuracy.
