About the Job

The Middlesex-London Health Unit has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the CEO in various tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide administrative coordination and support for Corporate Services Leadership Team and Corporate Services Division.
  • Prepare confidential documents and invoices for execution, ensuring proper review processes according to organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or comparable program, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of senior administration experience, preferably at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, exercising discretion and tact.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,373.94 - $87,498.87 based on qualifications and experience.
