Job Summary

At Taxoss Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain calendars for senior staff members, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and other written communications.
  • Meeting Organization: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior staff members, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
