About the Opportunity

Calian Group Ltd., a leading provider of complex solutions, is seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join its Advanced Technologies division. This exciting opportunity is based out of Saskatoon, Canada.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative manufacturing professional to support the design and production of cutting-edge products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing initiatives, developing work instructions, and supporting project management.

Responsibilities
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and maintain accurate work instructions for production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quoting, project planning, and project management.
  • Explore new manufacturing methods and technologies to enhance product development.
  • Promote engineering change orders and ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements
  • Degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience, particularly in small teams, is an asset.
  • Experience with composite material manufacturing is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, especially Siemens NX, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, estimated at around $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location. Calian Group Ltd. provides a stimulating work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
