Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Production Efficiency Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing various projects related to production lines and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. You'll work closely with our Engineering Manager to analyze and find solutions to recurring problems impacting production line performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and resolve production line performance issues;
- Design and implement process improvements;
- Manage maintenance and safety projects for plant equipment;
- Supervise external suppliers and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Develop automation modifications to enhance productivity;
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience in a unionized environment (asset);
- Proficiency in Solidworks, Autocad 2D, and MS Office suite (Excel and Word);
- Knowledge of machined parts manufacturing and blowmolding/packaging (asset);
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- French spoken and written;
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year;
