Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Nando's. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Receive and stock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
