About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tentatsu Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to a high standard, adhering to our restaurant's quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients, ensuring that our menu items are always available and of the highest quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
