Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead

SKT Farm Market is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and meet business needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
