Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Corky's Liquor Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
