Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $22.62 - $29.40 per hour, based on market location and industry standards.

Job Description

This Store Management Team Lead position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations. You will partner with the Store Manager to set clear performance goals, train staff on sales, customer service, and operations, and model company values through active coaching.

You will also communicate priorities and sales-driving information effectively to ensure the store team is equipped to maximize business opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit store staff and contribute to an inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving store business plans, including sales, customer service, and operational goals.
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing game plans and following up on execution to maximize sales and drive consistent performance results.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to present opportunities with fact-based information and recommendations while leveraging data (store reports) to make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop high-performing store teams.
  • Proficiency in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
