Job Title: Senior Financial Counselor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Counselor to provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of financial matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and banking. They will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing legal advice and guidance on financial matters

Drafting and reviewing legal documents

Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures

Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improvement

Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws

Providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure effective collaboration with the finance team and other stakeholders
