About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Aquiform East. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure that all goods are properly stored and secured.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, including preparing and processing shipping documents, and verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including supervising the loading and unloading of goods, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software
