Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at 407 International. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for leveraging data from various sources to provide insights, analysis, and reporting to support data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop complex queries, functions, and procedures to support reporting and processes.
  2. Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions and improve operational performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
  4. Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  5. Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business, IT, Data, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Advanced skills in MS Office, including Power Automate, Excel, and VBA.
  4. Strong data visualization skills with proven expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
  5. Solid understanding and working knowledge of database systems, table and field structures, and queries.
  6. Strong understanding and experience with cloud-based data platforms for data storage, processing, and analysis.
