ProViso Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Global Risk Technology Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing IT projects and initiatives to support the Global Risk Management department and Global Banking and Markets desks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects and initiatives to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT managers to establish the yearly roadmap of technology deliveries.
  • Work with internal and external audit and regulatory teams to respond to requests and ensure compliance.
  • Lead projects and initiatives, including business case preparation, development, testing, release, and post-release activities.
  • Maintain project management documents, including cost, timelines, scope, governance, communication plan, and testing plan.
  • Communicate and reach decisions during project meetings, ensuring project teams are cohesive and operating towards common objectives.
  • Hold meetings and work sessions as necessary to ensure project management and initiative delivery.
  • Operate independently, with direction received only at a conceptual or abstract level.
  • Proven experience in technology project management, including projects using Google Cloud, infrastructure projects, and development of new applications.
  • Experience with delivering projects to Risk departments and/or Capital market clients, specifically Trading desks.
  • Excellent communication skills with Risk and Front office traders, and technology experts.
  • Experience with project delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Ability to produce presentation and workflow views for Senior Management reporting.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technology project management, including projects using Google Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience with delivering projects to Risk departments and/or Capital market clients, specifically Trading desks.
  • Excellent communication skills with Risk and Front office traders, and technology experts.
  • Experience with project delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Ability to produce presentation and workflow views for Senior Management reporting.
