Job Title: Business Development Representative

Sirius Personnel is a leading placement and headhunting agency specializing in sales and marketing professionals in Canada. Our client, a professional services company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Montreal.

About the Role:
  • Identify opportunities with consultants and prospect manufacturers within Quebec
  • Engage with C-suite, operations managers, and influencers to drive sales
  • Develop and engage internal resources to drive business growth
  • Conduct presentations to prospects and partners
  • Attend industry events and stay in contact with potential clients and partners
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in strategic business development in the B2B service sector
  • Ability to sell multi-year contracts and strategic solutions to C-suite
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry within Quebec
  • Transferable contacts within the Quebec manufacturing industry
What We Offer:
  • Base salary: $100,000-$130,000
  • Commissions/Bonus: $125,000 annually + uncapped commissions
  • Car allowance: $550/month
  • Expense reimbursement: All expenses, including customer events, covered by company
