At EXP, we're on a mission to create exceptional experiences for our employees and clients. As a Document Control Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering and construction projects.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the printing and distribution of engineering drawings and documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a computer database of filed documentation for fast retrieval and organization.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to structure document and submittal logs with the right reviewers and due dates.
  • Monitor and follow up on past due documents and submittal deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Compile documents for submission to clients with accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience working on engineering or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience with Document Management software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
