Unlock Your Potential as a Document Control Specialist
At EXP, we're on the lookout for a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our Document Control functions, you'll be responsible for coordinating the printing and distribution of engineering drawings and documents.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documents
- Perform basic system maintenance and access requests
- Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation for fast retrieval
- Organize and set up new projects with approved directories and security levels
- Work with Project Managers to structure document and submittal logs with reviewers and due dates
- Monitor and follow up on past due documents and submittal deliverables
- Compile documents for submission to Clients
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience working on engineering or construction projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience with Document Management software
- Experience working with MS Excel and other office products
- Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal to moderate supervision
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously
