Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Precious Early Years Childcare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and plan outings to local points of interest, fostering a love for learning and exploration in our children.
- Child Support: Assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits, while promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress, share best practices, and address any concerns or challenges.
- Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of our children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Certifications and Education: Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: While experience is an asset, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
- Language and Communication: Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule: Commit to a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of our children and staff.
