Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Management Data Specialist who will lead the development and execution of Liquids Pipelines (LP) Field Work Management processes for all phases of work management.

This includes a focus on work management processes related to equipment maintenance data, management of change, and implementation of Maximo data changes within LP discretion.

The successful candidate will drive continuous data improvement in preparation for new Maximo releases, ensure Maximo data is ready to meet future business demands, and provide data-centric perspectives on new enhancements and/or projects.

Additionally, they will provide front-line support for Maximo process and technical issues, lead the resolution of work management data issues and gaps that affect performance, and represent LP in key meetings for data enrichment and stewardship.

Requirements:

  • Related university degree and six-plus years' experience OR eight-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Solid understanding in development and implementation of new processes.
  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of work management philosophies and practices.
  • Experience writing queries using SQL.
  • Experience and knowledge of work management functions.
  • Knowledge of how enterprise resource planning technologies relate to the business and good understanding of current technologies used in the enterprise.
  • Use critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical problems.
  • Effectively communicate and present both technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo or other) is considered an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based.
  • Modest travel across North America to Enbridge office locations in Canada and the United States.
