Senior Culinary Manager for Italian Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Manager to join our team at Posta Ital Bar Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- To manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- To plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, taking into account seasonal changes and customer preferences.
- To determine the size of food portions and costs, analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize menu offerings and profitability.
- To supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and technology.
- The work environment is fast-paced, and the candidate must be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- The job involves standing for long periods, frequent lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects.
- The working hours are 30 hours per week, permanent contract.
- Italian cuisine, with a focus on traditional dishes and modern twists.
Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
