About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to drive business growth through innovative product development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle, from introduction to optimization and retirement
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform product decisions
- Present product outcomes and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive engagement and improve customer retention through effective product management
- Measure and report on key performance indicators such as revenue, COGS, margin, customer retention, and churn
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in product management, project management, business, strategy, or product marketing
- Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative product development
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Able to analyze complex data and present insights to stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage competing deadlines
