We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Food Production Coordinator to join our team at Zorbas Bakery and Foods (2005) Ltd.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and experience in food production operations. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a bakery or food production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of 5-10 staff members, training and mentoring new employees, minimizing hazards during food production, preparing reports, and requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
  • Organized: Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule

The working hours for this position are 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required to meet production demands.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
